Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver and oversee high-quality ABA therapy across virtual and in-home or center-based settings, supported by our clinical systems and operations teams.

This role combines remote supervision and in-person visits, with weekly in-person supervision required. A base salary of $85,000–$95,000 USD plus bonus opportunities (~$1,000/month) awaits the right candidate.

Qualifications

• BCBA required with a strong background in ABA therapy and supervision.
• Experience delivering and overseeing ABA services in hybrid settings.
• Ability to engage families and conduct parent training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA therapy services with a 50/50 remote and in-person split.
• Supervise Behavior Technicians virtually and during in-person visits.
• Develop assent-based, individualized behavior plans per ABA principles.
• Engage parents in therapy with monthly parent training sessions.
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through supervision and data review.
