Centria Autism is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA therapy across virtual and in-home settings, with weekly in-person supervision and collaborative work with families and clinical teams.

This role combines remote supervision, planning, and in-person visits, supported by our clinical systems and operations team. Compensation includes a base salary of $85,000–$95,000 with weekly and monthly bonus opportunities and full benefits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA therapy services with a 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits
• Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
• Engage parents in their child's therapy with monthly parent training to drive meaningful progress
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
