Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA therapy across virtual and in-person settings while collaborating with families and clinical teams. This role blends remote supervision with on-site client visits, supported by our clinical systems and operations teams to ensure compassionate, client-centered care.

Weekly in-person supervision is a stated criterion. Base salary ranges from $85,000 to $95,000, with weekly and monthly bonus opportunities,

Qualifications

• Weekly in-person supervision is included.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA therapy services with a 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits
• Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
• Engage parents in their child’s therapy with monthly parent training to drive meaningful progress
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
