Centria is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver and oversee ABA therapy across virtual and in-person settings. The role blends remote supervision with hands-on client interactions, supported by clinical teams.

Responsibilities include developing assent-based plans, guiding families, and ensuring data-driven clinical decisions. Compensation includes a base salary of $85,000-$95,000 plus weekly and monthly bonuses, with extensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and be eligible to practice.
• Experience delivering ABA therapy and supervising staff.
• Willingness to work a hybrid schedule with remote and in-person duties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA therapy services with a 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement.
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits.
• Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles.
• Engage parents in their child’s therapy with monthly parent training to drive meaningful progress.
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making.
