Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking a Hybrid BCBA to deliver and oversee ABA therapy across virtual and in-home settings, supported by our clinical systems and operations teams. The role offers 50/50 remote and in-person engagement, supervision of technicians, assent-based plans, and monthly parent training for meaningful progress.

We offer a base salary of $85,000-$95,000 with weekly/monthly bonus opportunities, CEU stipends, paid CEU days, full benefits, and annual vacation benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification.
• Experience delivering ABA therapy in virtual and in-home settings.
• Experience supervising Behavior Technicians and coordinating with clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA therapy across remote and in-person engagement (50/50 split).
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during in-person visits.
• Develop and implement assent-based, individualized ABA plans.
• Engage parents with monthly parent training to drive progress.
• Maintain high-quality clinical services with data-driven decision making.
