Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver and oversee ABA therapy across virtual and center-based settings, supported by our clinical systems and operations teams. The role blends remote supervision with in-person client work, family collaboration, and a strong emphasis on client-centered care.

The position includes weekly in-person supervision, a base salary up to $105,000, a $2,500+ signing bonus, and monthly/weekly bonuses averaging $1,000 or more.

Qualifications

• Hybrid BCBA role with both remote supervision and in-person client visits.
• Experience delivering ABA therapy across virtual and center-based settings.
• Weekly in-person supervision is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA therapy services with a 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement.
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits.
• Develop assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles.
• Engage parents in their child’s therapy with monthly parent training to drive meaningful progress.
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making.
