Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Michigan to deliver ABA therapy across remote and in-home settings. The role combines flexible remote supervision with in-person client visits, supported by our clinical and operations teams.

The position offers a base salary of $85,000–$95,000 with weekly and monthly bonus opportunities averaging about $1,000 per month. Eligible employees receive full benefits and perks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA therapy services with a 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits
• Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
• Engage parents in their child’s therapy with monthly parent training to drive meaningful progress
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
