Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work in-clinic or hybrid. The role includes developing and overseeing ABA treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and conducting client assessments to drive meaningful progress for children with autism.

You will collaborate with families and the clinical team, maintain clinical documentation, and support professional growth within a flexible, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
• Must reside within commuting distance of New Bern, NC.
• North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) is required.
• Experience developing and overseeing ABA treatment programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, oversee, and update individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Analyze client data and adjust programming to support progress.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Conduct caregiver training and support families throughout treatment.
• Complete progress reports and clinical documentation.
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, ABLLS, PEAK, and other evaluations.
• Perform initial assessments and treatment plan development for new clients.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team to ensure outcomes.
