Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers in Arizona is seeking a BCBA for a hybrid role, leading and supervising ABA programs across center and community settings. You will conduct assessments, develop Treatment Plans, supervise staff, and ensure ethical, individualized programming in line with BACB guidelines.

Qualifications

• BCBA/BCBA-D certification required.
• Licensure in states of practice where applicable.
• Fingerprint clearance card and TB test prior to employment.
• Excellent written and oral communication with colleagues, direct reports, and caregivers.
• Ability to mentor and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment averaging 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct parent training/caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings.
• Minimum of 1 parent training per client per month.
• Oversee/monitor ABA programs and supervise RBTs and staff.
• Document all activities per BACB guidelines and funder requirements.
