ASAT: ABA a Step At A Time care in Cary, NC is seeking an experienced BCBA to join our clinician-led team. We offer flexible schedules, hybrid work, and opportunities for growth while delivering evidence-based ABA to clients.

You will develop and oversee ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, perform assessments, and collaborate with families and schools to support client progress. Competitive salary with performance bonuses and strong benefits are provided.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Current NC LBA licensure is required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
