ABA A Step At A Time Care (ASAT) is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Wake Forest, NC. We are a parent-founded, clinician-led ABA company committed to outcomes-driven, evidence-based practices and helping clients succeed.

This full‑time role offers a hybrid work environment, flexible schedules, ongoing professional development, supervision of RBTs, collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams, and opportunities to contribute to research

Qualificações

• BCBA certification currently active.
• Licensed in NC as LBA.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience with early learning curriculum sequences.
• Experience in functional and skill-based assessments.
• Experience setting goals for multi-environment programs (in-center, in-home, in-school, in-community).
• Experience training and supervising RBTs and ABA program implementation.
• Experience with parent training and conveying importance of consistent ABA treatment.
• Experience with insurance-funded protocols preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide training and support.
• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
• Proactively improve company clinical standard operating procedures.
