Qualificações

• Must hold BCBA certification and NC LBA licensure.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience across early learning curriculum and assessments.
• Ability to supervise RBTs and train parents.
• Strong collaboration with families and teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training.
• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
• Proactively improve clinical standard operating procedures.
