Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. is urgently hiring a BCBA for a hybrid role in Brownsburg, Indiana.

The position involves leading assessment and treatment planning for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder in a center-based program that combines play with progress, under high-quality therapy and individualized plans. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in ABA or related field, BCBA certification, and at least two years of experience with autism.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Education, Psychology or related field.
• BCBA certification is required for this role.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children/young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments of client skills and needs.
• Develop and monitor individual treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Provide regular staff training and supervision for clinical staff.
• Facilitate caregiver meetings and training to ensure open communication.
• Ensure required documentation for audits is submitted on time.
• Mentor staff and foster a positive, professional team culture.
