Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. is urgently hiring a BCBA for a hybrid role serving children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder in Indiana. You will conduct assessments, develop and monitor treatment plans, and train staff and caregivers to support generalization of skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification from BACB with relevant experience.
• Strong communication with families and teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate client skills and needs.
• Develop and monitor individual treatment and behavior plans.
• Train and supervise staff; provide feedback and coaching.
• Lead caregiver meetings and trainings for family involvement.
