Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. is seeking a BCBA for a flexible, hybrid role within a center-based ABA therapy program for children and adolescents with autism. The position emphasizes high-quality therapy, individualized plans, and ongoing training for staff and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field; BCBA certification.
• Minimum two years’ experience working with individuals with autism.
• Credentialed BCBA with ongoing state and professional memberships.

Responsibilities

• Initial and ongoing assessment of clients’ skills and needs.
• Develop and monitor Individual Treatment Plans and Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Regular staff training and supervision of clinical team.
• Facilitate caregiver meetings and training to ensure open communication.
• Maintain licensure, certification and credentialing as required (CPR, PCM, state).
