Job summary

Centria Autism is hiring a BCBA to lead ABA services with a balanced mix of remote supervision and in-person visits. You will supervise Behavior Technicians, develop customized assent-based plans, and coach families for progress.

Monthly parent trainings and ongoing data-driven decision making ensure high-quality care. The role blends flexibility with hands-on clinical impact in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification or equivalent credential required.
• Experience supervising Behavior Technicians in ABA settings.
• Strong skills in assent-based and data-driven planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA services with a 50/50 remote and in-person split.
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and on-site visits.
• Develop assent-based, individualized behavior plans under ABA guidelines.
• Engage parents with monthly training to drive progress.
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through supervision and data use.
