Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver and oversee ABA therapy across virtual and in-person settings. The role combines remote supervision with on-site client visits, supported by clinical and operations teams to ensure compassionate, client-centered care.

The position emphasizes assent-based care, data-driven decisions, and collaboration with families and clinical staff, with supervision baked into the weekly schedule and opportunities for bonuses.

Qualifications

• Weekly in-person supervision is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA therapy services with a 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement.
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits.
• Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles.
• Engage parents in their child’s therapy with monthly parent training to drive meaningful progress.
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making.
