Behavioral Framework LLC in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid role with 50% remote work. The position offers a $110,000 salary and an attainable bonus structure, plus comprehensive benefits and strong opportunities for leadership.

You will supervise and mentor a team of Behavior Technicians, design and update individualized ABA treatment plans, provide parent training, and conduct assessments (ABLLS, VB-MAPP, AFLS).

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, or a related field.
• Local to or willing to relocate to North Carolina.
• Experience with ABA methodologies, including Verbal Behavior, VB-MAPP, and ABLLS.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Cultural awareness: ability to collaborate across diverse backgrounds while pursuing meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of Behavior Technicians.
• Design and update individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide parent training and case supervision.
• No direct therapy hours required.
• Conduct assessments (ABLLS, AFLS, VB-MAPP) and analyze data.
