Job summary

Behavioral Framework LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid role offering 75% remote flexibility and monthly travel to our DC, TN, or NC regions. You will supervise staff, design ABA plans, and train parents while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification (in good standing).
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience with ABA methodologies, including VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and Verbal Behavior.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Cultural Awareness: collaborate with diverse backgrounds to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of Behavior Technicians.
• Design and update individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide parent training and case supervision (no direct therapy hours).
• Conduct assessments (ABLLS, AFLS, VB-MAPP) and data analysis.
• Collaborate with diverse families and professionals to achieve meaningful outcomes.
