Job summary

Compleat KiDZ in Concord, NC seeks a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time role. The position blends in-clinic and remote work (20h in-clinic, 20h remote) with strong in-clinic support and collaboration among BCBAs, OTs, PTs, and SLPs.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required and NC licensure or eligibility to obtain must be satisfied prior to start.
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide direct clinical support.
• Monitor learner progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and funding guidelines.
