Job summary

Children's Specialized ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a hybrid role in North Carolina. You will conduct FBAs and skills assessments, design and adjust ABA programs, supervise BTs/RBTs, analyze data, coach families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

The position offers a flexible hybrid schedule, remote planning, and strong clinical mentorship, with a competitive compensation package including benefits and potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• BCBA supervision training completed.
• Active North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and comprehensive skills assessments.
• Design, implement, and modify ABA treatment programs.
• Supervise and mentor BTs and RBTs.
• Analyze treatment data and adjust programming based on progress.
• Coach parents and caregivers to promote success beyond therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with physicians, OTs, SLPs, educators, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor client progress and celebrate milestones with families.
