Compleat Kidz in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time hybrid role (in-clinic + remote). You will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, monitor learner progress, and partner with families to support meaningful outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Master's degree in ABA or a related field is required.
• NC licensure or eligibility to obtain before start is required.

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide direct clinical support.
• Monitor learner progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and funding guidelines.
