Job summary

Compleat KiDZ in Winston-Salem, NC, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time hybrid role (in-clinic + remote). You will conduct functional behavior assessments, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to implement individualized plans.

The position offers a $100,000 base salary, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), CEUs, and PTO. Strong teamwork and ethical practice are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• NC licensure or eligibility to obtain before start date.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide direct clinical support.
• Monitor learner progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and funding guidelines.
