Job summary

Behavioral Framework, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in North Carolina for a hybrid role with 50% remote flexibility. The position offers a $110,000 salary with an attainable bonus structure and comprehensive benefits.

You will supervise and mentor a team of Behavior Technicians, design individualized ABA treatment plans, provide parent training, and conduct assessments (ABLLS, VB-MAPP, AFLS). In-person supervision and travel within NC are required for monthly meetings.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, or related field.
• Local to or willing to relocate to North Carolina.
• Experience with Verbal Behavior, VB-MAPP, and ABLLS.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Cultural awareness and ability to collaborate across diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of Behavior Technicians.
• Design and update individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide parent training and case supervision.
• No direct therapy hours required.
• Conduct assessments (ABLLS, AFLS, VB-MAPP) and analyze data.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to achieve meaningful outcomes.
