The role includes supervising technicians, building ABA treatment plans, parent training, and data-driven assessments. Local NC residency or relocation is expected, with travel for supervision.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and in good standing.
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, or related field.
• Willingness to relocate to North Carolina or be local.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of Behavior Technicians.
• Design and update individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide parent training and case supervision; no direct therapy hours required.
• Conduct assessments (ABLLS, AFLS, VB-MAPP) and analyze data.
• Collaborate with diverse families and professionals to achieve meaningful outcomes.
