Job summary

Nova Supports seeks a dedicated BCBA to join our Salt Lake County team. The position offers a hybrid schedule with in-home visits and remote work when not on client sites, supporting a small caseload of 20–25 weekly billable hours across Utah.

Compensation ranges $85,000–$94,000 depending on experience and license status. The ideal candidate holds a BCBA certification and Utah LBA license, has at least one year supervising RBTs, and demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be a BCBA and Utah LBA.
• At least 1 year of BCBA supervision of RBTs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive ABA therapy with a low caseload of 20-25 weekly billable hours.
• Conduct assessments to identify needs and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and support RBTs in implementing treatment plans.
• Develop and write detailed treatment plans tailored to each client.
• Coordinate with families to provide training and updates on progress.
• Schedule and manage RBT hours for efficient service delivery.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and progress.
