Job summary

Acclimate ABA in Utah seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical teams in a hybrid, flexible role. You will supervise RBTs, develop data-driven treatment plans, and support families to promote client progress.

The ideal candidate holds BCBA certification, Utah LBA eligibility, and a Master’s or Doctorate in ABA or psychology, plus strong communication and organizational skills. A valid driver’s license is required in this client-centered, ethical practice.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Utah LBA eligibility required or ability to obtain before start.
• Master’s or Doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, or related field.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; excellent communication.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Develop personalized, data-informed treatment plans.
• Support families with strategies to foster progress at home and in therapy.
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure continuity of client care.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, solutions-oriented work environment.
