Qualified candidates hold an active BCBA and Utah LBA eligibility, with a Master’s degree in ABA or related field and prior supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Utah LBA eligibility or licensed to practice in Utah.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Flexibility for occasional in-home support when needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, reassessments, and progress reports.
• Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans and behavior plans.
• Maintain a manageable caseload focused on quality care.
• Provide supervision, training, and support to staff.
• Deliver parent training and caregiver guidance.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and data analysis.
• Ensure compliance with Utah regulations and ethical standards.
• Complete plan reviews, audits, and quality checks.
• Support clinic operations including scheduling and coordination.
• Collaborate with leadership on clinical systems and program development.
