Big Dreamers ABA in Ocean City, MD is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to lead clinical programming with a small caseload. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide supervision to RBTs and BCaBAs while ensuring high-quality care for children on the autism spectrum.

The role offers a hybrid blend of in-home and remote supervision, backed by a full admin team to support scheduling, authorisations, and intake.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Active Maryland LBA license is required.
• Experience in ABA therapy and supervision is required.
• Strong clinical and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a hybrid in-home + remote environment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and manage clinical programming for a small caseload of clients.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Complete documentation and treatment plans in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency of care.
• Maintain compliance with Maryland and insurance requirements.
