Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a center-based BCBA with a hybrid work option in Cambridge, MA. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, manage a small caseload, and guide data-driven treatment plans.

We offer a competitive salary range, comprehensive benefits, and an incentive bonus up to $6,000 annually. The role features a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, a provided laptop, and 401K with employer match.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA with verified BCBA certification.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children/adolescents/adults with various special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, reinforcement theories, instructional methods, ethics, laws and regulations.
• Proficient in Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ABA software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Regularly review data collected in sessions with staff and families and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide supervision by observing and having team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns, staff and behavioral modification.
