Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a center-based BCBA with an option for hybrid work in Braintree, MA. The role includes supervising a small caseload, reviewing data, and guiding treatment plans for clients with autism. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Incentives up to $6,000 annually, plus a strong benefits package and a Monday–Friday schedule. A Master’s degree and BCBA certification are required for this permanent position.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified by Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with individuals with special needs.
• Knowledge of behavior analytic interventions, teaching methods, ethics and related regulations.
• Proficient with Office 365 and common ABA software tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data with staff and families, interpret results, adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through staff meetings and family consultations.
• Communicate with families about treatment concerns and progress.
