Able Stars ABA is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. We are a passionate ABA company dedicated to transforming lives through evidence-based practices.

Our culture fosters collaboration, growth, and client success, with a hybrid model and supportive leadership. You will supervise RBTs/BTs, conduct assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP), write treatment plans, analyze data, and ensure BACB ethics.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to pass background checks and licensure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RBTs/BTs on treatment plan implementation.
• Conduct assessments (FBA, VB‑MAPP) and write plans.
• Collect and analyze client data to guide decisions.
• Ensure adherence to BACB ethics and regulations.
• Provide monthly parent education and caregiver training.
