Conduct skill and behavior assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, EFL, etc.) and write individualized treatment plans.
Oversee all clinical aspects of your assigned caseload using evidence-based practices.
Train, supervise, and coach RBTs/BTs on treatment plan implementation, meeting BACB supervision requirements (minimum 10% of direct service hours).
Collect, analyze, and review client data regularly to guide clinical decisions.
Conduct monthly parent education and caregiver training sessions.
Complete session notes, reports, and treatment plans accurately and on time.
Maintain monthly billable hour expectations.
Collaborate with the clinical team and attend companytrainingand meetings.
Adhere to the BACB Ethics Code and all regulatory and funding source requirements.
