Job summary

Able Stars ABA in St. Louis is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a hybrid role. You will oversee treatment plans, supervise RBTs/BTs, and deliver evidence-based services to children and families.

Ideal candidates hold a BCBA certificate in good standing, state licensure if required, and a minimum of 1 year of autism/developmental disabilities experience. You’ll have clinical autonomy with administrative support and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• State licensure where required (licensure support available).
• Master’s degree in psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with clients with Autism and/or developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to pass a background check, child abuse clearance, and fingerprinting.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Required completion of the 8-hour BACB supervision course.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, EFL) and write individualized treatment plans.
• Oversee all clinical aspects of your assigned caseload using evidence-based practices.
• Train, supervise, and coach RBTs/BTs on treatment plan implementation, meeting BACB supervision requirements (minimum 10% of direct service hours).
• Collect, analyze, and review client data regularly to guide clinical decisions.
• Conduct monthly parent education and caregiver training sessions.
• Complete session notes, reports, and treatment plans accurately and on time.
• Maintain monthly billable hour expectations.
• Collaborate with the clinical team and attend companytrainingand meetings.
• Adhere to the BACB Ethics Code and all regulatory and funding source requirements.
