Job summary

Able Stars ABA LLC is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team. This role offers hybrid work with administrative support and a strong leadership network to focus on high-quality client care.

The BCBA will supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and ensure data-driven outcomes across multisite cases. Equal opportunity employer with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• State licensure where required (licensure support available).
• Master's degree in psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Conduct skill and behavior assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, EFL, etc.) and write individualized treatment plans.
• Oversee all clinical aspects of your assigned caseload using evidence-based practices.
• Train, supervise, and coach RBTs/BTs on treatment plan implementation, meeting BACB supervision requirements (minimum 10% of direct service hours).
• Collect, analyze, and review client data regularly to guide clinical decisions.
• Conduct monthly parent education and caregiver training sessions.
• Complete session notes, reports, and treatment plans accurately and on time.
• Maintain monthly billable hour expectations.
• Collaborate with the clinical team and attend company trainings and meetings.
• Adhere to the BACB Ethics Code and all regulatory and funding source requirements.
