Job summary

Able Stars ABA LLC is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our collaborative team in Maryland. The role offers hybrid telehealth supervision with in-person visits, and strong clinical autonomy supported by an experienced leadership team.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• State licensure where required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with clients with Autism and/or developmental disabilities.
• Background check, child abuse clearance, and fingerprinting required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct skill and behavior assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, EFL, etc.) and write individualized treatment plans.
• Oversee all clinical aspects of your assigned caseload using evidence-based practices.
• Train, supervise, and coach RBTs/BTs on treatment plan implementation, meeting BACB supervision requirements (minimum 10% of direct service hours).
• Collect, analyze, and review client data regularly to guide clinical decisions.
• Conduct monthly parent education and caregiver training sessions.
• Complete session notes, reports, and treatment plans accurately and on time.
