Job summary

Able Stars ABA LLC is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Maryland team in a hybrid role. You will conduct assessments, develop and supervise treatment plans, and coach RBTs while maintaining high-quality client care.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• State licensure where required (licensure support available).
• Master’s degree in psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with clients with Autism and/or developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; calm and effective under pressure.
• Ability to pass background check, child abuse clearance, and fingerprinting, with start-date guidance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct skill and behavior assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, EFL) and write individualized treatment plans.
• Oversee clinical aspects of assigned caseload using evidence-based practices.
• Train, supervise, and coach RBTs/BTs on treatment plan implementation and BACB supervision (min 10% direct hours).
• Collect and analyze client data to guide clinical decisions.
• Conduct monthly parent education and caregiver training sessions.
• Complete session notes, reports, and treatment plans on time.
• Maintain monthly billable hour expectations.
• Collaborate with the clinical team; attend trainings and meetings.
• Adhere to the BACB Ethics Code and funding requirements.
