AB Spectrum in St. Louis, MO, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical services in a center-based ABA program for young children with ASD. The role emphasizes data-driven treatment, supervision of practicum students, and collaboration with SLPs and RBTs.

This salaried, full-time position offers a set day schedule and one hybrid/remote day for planning. The role requires active BCBA licensure, a Master’s in ABA or related field, and pediatric experience.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA licensure and Missouri licensure.
• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience in pediatric behavioral health and strong relationships with families, staff, and clients.
• Strong documentation skills and ongoing CEU commitments.

Responsibilities

• Assessment & Treatment Planning: complete skills FBAs and develop data-driven plans.
• Supervision & Mentorship: provide supervision to practicum students, RBTs, and ABA Implementers.
• Data & Documentation: track client progress and prepare reports.
• Ethical Compliance: adhere to BACB guidelines and licensing requirements.
• Caseload Management: manage a sustainable caseload (target 6 clients).
• Family Partnership: weekly collaboration with caregivers to promote generalization of skills.
