Burnett Therapeutic Services seeks a BCBA-certified Assessor to conduct comprehensive assessments for autism and developmental delays. Remote position with hybrid options, requiring expertise in ABA and ability to design and deliver detailed assessment reports to guide treatment planning.

The ideal candidate holds a BCBA credential, a Master’s degree in ABA or related field, and has experience using standard tools like VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R and Vineland-III.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Proven experience conducting assessments for autism and developmental disabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication; data-driven assessment practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs using VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland-III and other tools.
• Develop detailed assessment reports with treatment recommendations.
• Collaborate with clinical team to inform treatment plans.
• Analyze data to identify patterns and intervention needs.
• Interview caregivers and stakeholders for background information.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ABA assessment practices.
• Ensure timely completion of assessments and documentation.
• Communicate results to caregivers, school staff, and professionals.
• Pursue BCBA supervision hours and professional development.
• Collaborate with colleagues for consistent procedures.
