Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services is seeking a BCBA-certified Assessor to conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments and guide treatment planning for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. This remote role requires BCBA credentials and ABA expertise.

The position supports hybrid work with in-home visits and some remote work, offering opportunities to collaborate with a clinical team and contribute to personalized treatment plans while maintaining high assessment standards.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Proven experience assessing individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely while collaborating with a clinical team.
• Proficient with data collection/analysis software and telehealth platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive FBAs using standardized tools like VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland-III.
• Develop detailed assessment reports with treatment recommendations.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to inform treatment plans.
• Analyze data to identify patterns and guide interventions.
• Coordinate caregiver or stakeholder interviews for background info.
• Stay updated on best practices and ABA trends.
• Ensure timely completion of assessments and documentation.
• Communicate results to caregivers, school staff, and professionals as needed.
• Engage in professional development to maintain BCBA certification.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent assessment procedures.
