Burnett Therapeutic Services in California seeks a dedicated Assessor to conduct comprehensive FBAs for individuals with autism and developmental delays. This remote-capable role requires a BCBA credential and expertise in ABA to guide treatment planning.

You will prepare detailed assessment reports, collaborate with the clinical team, and ensure high-quality assessments while maintaining scheduling flexibility across Napa, Modesto, or Sacramento.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or related field.
• BCBA certification in good standing.
• Experience conducting assessments for autism and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) using standardized tools.
• Develop detailed assessment reports with treatment recommendations.
• Collaborate with clinical team to inform treatment plans.
• Analyze data to identify patterns and suggest interventions.
• Coordinate caregiver interviews to gather background information.
• Maintain knowledge of best practices and ABA trends.
• Ensure timely completion of assessments and documentation.
• Communicate results to caregivers, school staff, and professionals.
• Engage in professional development to maintain BCBA certification.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure quality assessment procedures.
