Job summary
Burnett Therapeutic Services, Inc. is seeking a BCBA to provide clinical supervision and oversee ABA programs for children with autism and related needs. The role includes developing treatment plans, supervising staff, and collaborating with families to tailor interventions.
The position offers hybrid in-home/clinic work and remote options. Qualified candidates will hold a BCBA certification, a Master’s in ABA, and have experience leading teams and conducting assessments.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in ABA or related field.
- BCBA certification required.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to travel to client homes within service areas.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement ABA programs for individuals with autism and developmental delays.
- Provide clinical supervision to supervisors and staff overseeing programs.
- Develop and monitor treatment plans under Clinical Director guidance.
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments using standardized tools.
- Train and supervise BCaBA and Behavior Interventionists, reviewing progress.
- Meet families weekly in-clinic or via telehealth to review goals.
