Job summary

Eastern Bank is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to be the first line of contact for inbound calls and inquiries about existing accounts and services. The role requires a strong knowledge base and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, across remote and onsite settings.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or related knowledge/skills base gained through experience preferred.
• Associate degree or related knowledge/skills base gained through experience required for II/III roles.
• Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service background required for II/III roles.

Responsibilities

• Serves as bank’s first line of response on inbound customer calls regarding existing accounts and services.
• Responds to inquiries via chat, email, and telephone with accuracy and expedience.
• Maintains knowledge base of bank products, services, policies, and regulatory requirements.
