Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required with 1 year of Banking/Financial Services, Customer Service or Operations Support experience OR
• High School Diploma/GED with 2 years of Banking/Financial Services, Customer Service or Operations Support experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree may be considered as 2 years of overall experience

Responsibilities

• Provide onboarding and servicing support for commercial client requests through multiple channels.
• Assist with bank product information and technical support, researching and resolving issues under supervision.
• Collaborate in meetings, trainings and special projects as directed by management.
