Job summary

Huntington National Bank in Michigan is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to act as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and needs, recommending deposits and other banking products, and guiding customers through transactions with accuracy and care.

You will balance daily activity and provide exemplary service while educating customers on deposit products, pursuing growth

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED with 1 year of customer service or similar work, or a Bachelor's Degree.
1 year+ in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
Cash handling skills.
Comfort with technology such as mobile and online banking.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
Proficiently educate customers on consumer deposit products.
Identify opportunities to grow relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
Educate and refer customers to other areas to deepen relationships.
Adhere to all policies, risk and regulatory requirements.
Demonstrate sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation skills.
Perform other duties as assigned.
