Responsibilities

• Provide teller and platform support to minimize client wait times and ensure quality service.
• Identify client needs through consultative conversations and recommend suitable products.
• Open and process new deposit accounts including savings, IRAs, CDs, and money market accounts.
• Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to deepen client relationships.
• Make outbound calls to clients and prospects during campaigns.
• Assist clients with loan applications and hand off processing as appropriate.
• Research and resolve client inquiries on account status and issues.
• Attend sales, service, and product knowledge meetings to improve client service.
