Job summary

First Horizon Corp. is seeking a customer-focused teller to provide both teller and platform support in our Greenville location. You will handle deposits, transfers, new accounts, and loan applications while delivering high-quality client service.

Responsibilities include outbound client calls, referrals to partners, and maintaining compliance with banking regulations. A background check and mortgage licensing requirements apply as part of the hiring process.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED and 1 year teller experience.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Basic math and cash handling proficiency.

Responsibilities

Provide teller and platform support to minimize wait times and ensure quality service.
Process deposits, currency, coin, and cashing checks.
Open and process new checking, savings, IRAs, CDs, and money market accounts.
Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to grow client relationships.
Make outbound calls to clients and prospects during campaigns.
Assist clients with loan applications and hand off processing as needed.
Resolve client inquiries and monitor account status.
Attend training and product knowledge meetings to stay informed.
Support daily operations and assist with audits and controls.
Perform other duties as assigned.
