Responsibilities

• Open and process new deposit accounts including savings accounts, IRAs, CDs, and money market accounts.
• Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to deepen client relationships.
• Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects during campaigns.
• Assist clients with loan applications and hand off processing to the appropriate associate.
• Research and resolve client inquiries on account status and deliver prompt service.
• Attend training meetings to enhance product knowledge and better serve clients.
• Ensure compliance with bank regulations, policies, and risk management requirements.
• Assist banking center staff with daily operations and onboarding of new associates.
• Stay informed of operational updates to maintain compliance.
