Job summary

Atlantic Union Bank is seeking a Universal Banker to deliver outstanding customer experience while promoting bank products and services. The role combines sales with teller duties and relationship development across the branch network.

You will educate customers on digital banking tools, handle cash accurately, and collaborate with other lines of business to refer opportunities and meet branch goals.

Qualifications

• Possess or be able to obtain an NMLS registration.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year banking or financial services experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year developing customer relationships and achieving sales/production goals preferred.
• Customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best in class customer experience and sales/service solutions.
• Create customer loyalty through needs-based conversations.
• Balance cash and perform teller transactions.
• Develop knowledge of bank products and cross-sell across lines.
• Proactively drive sales through outbound calling and referrals.
