Job summary

You will drive sales through internal and external interactions, nurture new and existing customers, and collaborate with other departments to meet branch goals.

Qualifications

• NMLS registration ability is required or obtainable
• Minimum of 1 year in banking or financial services preferred
• Minimum of 1 year developing customer relationships and achieving sales/production goals
• Cash handling experience preferred; Teller experience preferred
• Customer service experience required
• Lending experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Create customer loyalty through needs-based conversations to deliver a differentiated customer experience
• Develop knowledge of bank products and services across lines of business
• Educate customers on digital channels (Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Zoom, Docsign)
• Drive proactive sales conversations and referrals to meet branch goals
• Acquire new customers and deepen existing relationships
• Balance cash and perform teller transactions daily
• Adhere to BSA/AML policies and regulations
• Collaborate with other lines of business to refer customer needs
• Manage risk and perform complex branch operational duties
• Complete required training and adapt to changing business needs
